Delivery and payment policy

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Scope

Currently, we can only deliver products to addresses within the territory of Vietnam. The order processing time is calculated from the confirmation of the order to the receipt of the product, excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The delivery time is counted from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier by LùVaîi. Note: Delivery times may be extended beyond expectations due to natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure situations

2. Delivery Charges

Depending on the time and the chosen delivery location, the estimated delivery charges (including VAT) are as follows

Free delivery policies are subject to promotional programs and will be announced on the website.
Delivery charges (if any) will be added to the order value when the customer makes payment

3. Product Inspection

  • Orders placed on https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/ will adhere to the “Open Box and Inspection Before Acceptance” policy. In accordance with this policy, customers are encouraged to open the package and inspect the external condition of the product() before making full payment to the delivery staff. For orders that have been inspected, and if issues are discovered but not reported to the delivery staff, LùVaîi regrets its inability to assist with returns. () Customers are only allowed to inspect the external appearance of the product: Does the product match the order? Is the quantity and color consistent with the description? Is the product damaged or dented during transportation? The inspection will not include breaking the seal (individual product sealing) or in-depth testing (such as usage trials).
  • In the event that customers do not conduct joint inspections upon receiving the order, LùVaîi recommends customers take pictures of the package when received from the delivery staff and record a video of the unpacking process as evidence in case of disputes later on.
  • Customers are advised to refuse to accept the delivery if the package shows signs of being wet, torn, dented, no longer intact, or if there is incorrect recipient information. For prepaid orders, LùVaîi will initiate the refund process within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming that the returned order is valid.
  • If customers are dissatisfied or encounter issues with the received product, they can file a complaint with LùVaîi through https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/, LùVaîi Vietnam’s Facebook fan page, or the hotline/email within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product. Please note that after this period, LùVaîi will not support any additional complaints.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery

Orders that fail delivery after three attempts will be automatically returned to LùVaîi ‘s warehouse and cannot be reinstated. For prepaid orders, LùVaîi will initiate a refund process within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming the valid return of the order.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If a dispatched order cannot be delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) in the delivery area, the order will be automatically returned to LùVaîi’s warehouse and cannot be reinstated. For prepaid orders, a refund process will be initiated within 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) after confirming the valid return of the order.

PAYMENT POLICY

 

Customers can make payments using the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • ATM/Internet Banking
  • ZaloPay e-Wallet
  • MoMo e-Wallet

REFUND POLICY

For pre-paid orders rejected as per Section 3 or undelivered as per Sections 4 and 5 of the DELIVERY POLICY, LùVaîi will refund the payment using the original payment method or via a bank transfer. Delivery charges will be refunded as reward points for the customer’s account on the https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/. The refund process will be initiated after LùVaîi receives and confirms the valid return of the order. The refund period will be 7 to 45 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), depending on the issuing bank’s regulations
