- All products purchased at LùVaîi will be issued a VAT invoice upon customer request. Customers can choose to issue a VAT invoice during the payment process or within 48 hours from the order placement time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to request VAT invoice support.
- VAT invoices will be sent as electronic invoices to the customer’s email. The maximum time for VAT invoice issuance is 7 days from the date the order is updated with a successful delivery status and without arising complaints. *Note: Invoices are issued based on the final payment value, excluding shipping fees (if any).
