Therefore, LùVaîi commits that the products delivered to customers are new, ensuring quality, and 100% authentic, imported from LùVaîi Taiwan. Moreover, we ensure that the products are carefully packaged to maintain their integrity when reaching the customers.
We accept returns based on the specific conditions outlined below:

1. Return Conditions

1.1. Immediate Return upon Receipt: If you notice any signs of dampness, tearing, denting, or incorrect recipient information immediately upon receiving the goods, please reject the delivery at that moment.

1.2. In cases where the goods have been received and payment has been made to the shipping carrier,you have the right to request a return when inspecting the items and discovering any of the following issues:

  • Products damaged in packaging, broken during transportation.
  • Products delivered incorrectly, missing accessories, or lacking accompanying gifts.
  • Products mismatched or wrong color compared to the order.
  • Customer fails to inspect simultaneously upon receiving the goods.

1.3. Cases of product defects from the manufacturing side will be subject to the return policy of each brand.
In other cases, LùVaîi apologizes for not being able to support the return policy.

2. Refund Methods

  • For entire orders to be returned due to faults in the entire order, LùVaîi supports returns and refunds via bank account, vouchers.
  • For partial returns due to partial faults, LùVaîi supports returning the product (if available) or refunding via vouchers.

3. Return Process

Please inform LùVaîi immediately within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the time of receiving the goods. LùVaîi reserves the right to refuse assistance for any product complaints if notified after this period.
Customers, please follow these steps to ensure that the return process for the order is carried out according to regulations:

3.1. Visit the website https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/ or contact us at the phone number 028 7106 7512 to be guided on filling out the “Return Request” form. The Customer Care department will process and provide feedback on the return status within 72 hours of receiving the form.

3.2. If the return is valid, within the next 48 hours, please choose the return method as instructed on the website https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/.

3.4. After 10 days from the date of confirmation of the return, if LùVaîi has not received the goods, LùVaîi will reject any complaints and consider that the customer does not want to return the order.

3.5. Upon receiving the return order, LùVaîi will conduct an inspection to ensure that the order meets the conditions outlined in section 4.1. Customers will receive a notification in their ordering account within 7 days.

  3.5.1. If the return order is valid, customers will receive a refund to the bank account within 5-15 working days.

  3.5.2. In the case of an invalid order, LùVaîi will contact the customer to propose the next resolution.

4. Valid Return Order

4.1. Return Order Conditions:

  • The product must match the description in the “Return Request” form and remain in its original condition upon receipt.
  • The entire order, including purchased products, accessories, and accompanying gifts, must be returned.
  • Each order is only allowed one return request.

4.2. Return Order Invalid If:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information is provided in the “Return Request” form at https://luvaii.demo2.morcept.com.tw/.
  • More than 10 days have passed since LùVaîi confirmed the “Return Request,” and the return order has not been received.
  • The returned product does not match/fulfill the information provided in the “Return Request” form: missing products, missing gifts, etc.
  • The product does not meet the return standards in section 4.1 after LùVaîi checks immediately upon receiving the return order.
  • The decision to return or refund will be made depending on each specific case. Please ensure that all requested return information is complete and accurate to help LùVaîi assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Waiting for Refund

  • If the returned product meets the conditions in section 4, LùVaîi will process the refund within 5-15 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) via the bank account, starting from the date the refund is confirmed.
  • If the product does not meet the conditions in section 4, LùVaîi apologizes for not being able to refund the customer. For any feedback related to products unrelated to the reasons mentioned above, please contact the Customer Care department of LùVaîi for further advice
